The Founder
About the Founder
Dr. Sophia Deterala
Dr. Sophia Deterala is an international scholar and researcher whose work spans the internationalisation, sociology, philosophy, and technology of education. With almost two decades of combined experience in teaching, administration and management, Sophia has managed editorial, research, and academic teams.
Her career and education allow her to draw from the latest developments in international research and practice to improve the performance of workforce teams from a wide range of professions.
